摘要 中国有色金属建设股份有限公司(NFC)承建了印度斯坦锌业公司(HZL)铅冶炼厂,该厂的尾气脱硫系统采用美国孟莫克公司动力波脱硫专利技术,利用铅厂烟化炉车间生产的ZnO作为脱硫原料,脱硫副产品ZnSO4溶液送至HZL的锌冶炼厂进行除杂、电积,实现了动力波脱硫系统进料和出料在厂区范围内的闭路循环,不产生任何二次污染源。系统试车和生产过程中,由于各种原因,出现了很多阻碍系统顺利投产或长久稳定生产的问题,充分考量现场实际情况后,文中提出的各种改进方案都已成功实施,在满足HZL早试车、早投产的既定条件下,提高了系统生产操作的实用性、可靠性和稳定性,SO2排放指标小于100ppm,符合印度政府环保指标要求。文章针对性的阐述了动力波脱硫技术的特点、论述了试车和生产过程中对原系统设置所做的改进措施,结束语清晰罗列了动力波脱硫技术应用于本项目的各种突出优点。 A patented technology of dynawave desulfurization introduced from US MECS Inc. was used for the desulfurization of tail gas emit from the lead smelter of HZL in India, a project constructed by NFC. ZnO from the fuming furnace plant acted as the desulfurization reagent and ZnSO4 solution as a by--product was sent to Client's zinc smelter for cleaning and electrowining. In this way, a closed circuit running the material around from feeding to discharge of the dynawave desulfurization system was built which avoids the secondary pollution source. In the light of those problems occurring during the commissioning producing which hinder the system from putting into operation or long--term stable production, after full consideration on site conditions, various modification plans were proposed and implemented successfully. The serviceability, reliability and stability of system operation were improved while meeting the requirement of "Sooner Commissioning, Sooner Operation" from Client. Final SO2 emission of less than 100ppm, meets the environmental requirement of India government. The paper briefly introduced the features of dy- nawave desulfurization technology, elaborated the modification measurements on the existing system during commissioning & producing, and finally summarized the advantages of dynawave desulfurization technology used in this project.
