摘要
本文主要介绍绝对值编码器的主要功能及在电解多功能机组阳极测高技术上的应用,介绍了阳极测高的必要性,并对阳极测高的方法进行了详细的介绍,提出了阳极测高的运算方法,并把该方法和拉线绝对值编码器相结合,完成了阳极测高的功能,进一步提高了电解铝工艺生产的效率,引领编码技术发展的新方向。
This paper mainly describes the main functions of the absolute value encoder and its application on the height altimetry technology of PTM. Besides, it contains detailed introduction of anode height altimetry and its importance. It also contains the calculation method and combines this method with the pull absolute value encoder altimetry. By this method, it completes the function of the anode height altimetry and further improves the efficiency of the electrolytic aluminum production process, which leads to a new direction of the coding technology development.
