摘要
针对企业竞争越来越激烈,围绕企业如何控制采购成本进行分析,并从采购成本的管理,影响采购成本发生的具体因素到如何进行采购成本控制,采用理论与实际相结合的方法,较系统深入的研究了企业降低采购成本必要性,提供了降低采购成本的方式和方法。
Due to the more fierce competitions, this thesis analyzed how to control and manage the procurement costs and disscussed the factors of impacting the procurement costs . Based on the combination of theory and practice, systematically studied the necessity of reducing procurement costs in enterprise, and several effective measurements were provided in the thesis.
