摘要 目的了解护士对关怀护理的认知情况,分析影响护士关怀能力培养的主要因素,为提高护士的关怀能力提供对策。方法运用质性研究方法,对10名护士进行深度访谈,按照现象学方法对资料进行整理、分析并提炼主题。结果提炼出3个主题:护士肯定了关怀护理的重要性;护士缺乏关怀教育、护理人力资源不足、工作倦怠是影响护士关怀能力培养的主要因素;护士关怀能力培养具有条件性。结论改变传统护理观念、健全护士人文关怀教育体系、树立以柔性管理为主的管理理念,有利于护士关怀能力的培养。 Objective To understand cognition of nurses'caring and to explore influencing factors of caring ability for nurses so as to provide reference for training and improving nurses' caring ability. Methods Ten nurses were in-depth interviewed,data were processed and analyzed using Colaizzi's analysis method. Results Three major themes were identified as follows, nurses convinced caring was important to patients;lack of humanistic caring education, lack of human resource and job burnout are major influencing factors of cultivating nurses' caring ability; to cultivate nurses' caring ability is conditioned. Conclusion To change the traditional nursing concepts and strengthen nurses' humanistic care education to establish a flexible management-oriented management philosophy, which may contribute to the formative of nurses' caring ability.
