摘要
目的将人工神经网络系统应用于晚期肝癌的治疗,建立临床实用的治疗计划系统,提高肝癌的治疗水平。方法应用Visual C++6.0计算机语言,以临床症状、体征、诊断、辅助检查等重要的病理生理状态为类对象,建立数字人体,量化生理功能和药物效价,模拟生态系统,组建人工神经网络系统,用以代替医疗专家制定精确的治疗方案。结果治疗计划系统提出的治疗方案准确无误,能精确控制化疗剂量,化疗副反应明显减少。结论晚期肝癌治疗计划系统能较全面地模拟医疗专家的治疗思想,准确地提出治疗方案。
Objective Apply the artificial nerve network on the treatment of advanced liver cancer,establing TPS to im- prove the therapy of liver cancer. Methods With the Visual C+ +6.0 calculator language,take the important pathophysiologi- cal state of clinical symptoms,signs,diagnosis,laboratory examinations as the object, and to quantify the physiological function of drug potency, imitate the ecological system, apply the artificial nerve network system instead of the accurate treatment plan from the medical expert . Results The rate of reliability for the group using TPS is as high as 100%. TPS can exactly control chemotherapy measure,and obviously reduce the vice-reaction of chemotherapy as well. Conclusion The treatment plan system of advanced liver cancer can comprehensiverly imitate the expert's thought, put forward an accurate plan on the treatment.
