高校工会组织参与“和谐机关”文化建设初探

Reflection on trade union's participation in construction of "harmonious organization" culture in colleges and universities

"和谐机关"文化建设是构建和谐校园的重要环节,工会组织作为高校必不可少的群众组织,应在正确把握高校"和谐机关"文化内涵的基础上,找出工会工作与"和谐机关"文化建设的内在联系,从加强民主管理、关心干部职工、开展文体活动、加强自身建设等多途径积极参与"和谐机关"文化建设。

The construction of ＂harmonious organization＂ culture is an important part in building a harmonious campus. As an essential mass organization in colleges and universities, the trade union organization should find out the immanent connection between the trade union work and the ＂harmonious organization＂ cultureconstruction on the basis of correctly grasping the connotation of the latter one. And it also should devise some methods from such aspects as strengthening democratic management, colorful cultural and sports activities caring for and supporting the staff, carrying out and strengthening own construction to create a ＂harmonious organization＂ culture atmosphere.
