在经济社会的快速发展中,企业为主体的市场力量在农村社区治理中日益发挥着重要作用。本文通过对山东北高家庄、珠海井岸镇、广东云浮区三个具有代表性的"企业推动型"农村社区治理实践模式的研究发现,社区治理组织体制表现为"交叉型"、"互挂型"、"党组织整合型"三种类型;社区治理机制呈现出"村企管理一体化"、"协作式治理"、"支助型治理"三种不同的模式。"企业推动型"农村社区治理又具有一定的共性,企业与社区具有共生共融关系,党组织发挥着重要的纽带与桥梁作用,政府在外部起推动与衔接作用。不过,在实践运行中",企业推动型"农村社区治理模式具有一定的封闭性与排外性,社区合作治理动力不足,社区治理功能有限,难以适应现代社会转型发展的要求。在"经社分开、政经分离、产权改革"基础上构建开放性社区治理组织体系,"社企分开"基础上培育公共合作意识,政府引导下形成"政府、企业、社区"合作治理机制,是转型期优化"企业推动型"农村社区治理模式,提升企业在农村社区治理中的价值及作用的关键所在。
