摘要
在研究生教育中,研究生导师的学识水平、人格魅力、培养方法等是决定研究生培养质量的关键因素。研究生导师应发挥对学生学术研究的主导作用、师德修养及为人处事的示范作用、心里健康的促进作用,要以自己的学术成果影响研究生的思维,要善于从学业上、思想上、生活上帮助研究生完成学业,导师和研究生应成为学术和生活中的良师益友。
In graduate student education, tutorsknowledge, personality, training methods arc key factors in determining the quality of graduate student education. Tutors should play a dominant role in the academic research of students, set an ex- ample in ethics and humanness,play a dominant role in the mental health of students,influence the graduate studentstnind with their academic achievements, be good at helping graduate students complete their studies, ideology, and life. Tutors and graduate students should become good friends in academics and life.
