基于“价值-成本”策略的空集装箱调运模型 被引量:4

摘要 介绍了采用现代企业客户关系理论,将空箱使用按客户价值高低分为不同的优先等级,建立基于"价值—成本"策略的铁路空箱调运模型。模型目标函数综合考虑客户价值和空箱调运成本,在空箱量不足时,首先满足高序位价值客户的空箱需求后再考虑低序位价值客户的需求,以实现空箱使用效益最大化为目标。并通过数值算例验证了该模型的有效性和可行性。
