山区小烤房改造与烘烤工艺的配套技术 被引量:7

摘要 贵州省遵义市对老烤房改造采取“五改一增加”的改良措施 ,即 :一改冷风排湿为热风排湿 ,二改三路火为五路火 ,三改层距和层数 ,四改草楼为泥楼 ,五改多个天窗为 1~ 2个长天窗 ,一增加烟囱高度 ;推广应用 ZY- 90型热风平走式节能烤房 ,从而使烤房升温灵敏 ,排湿顺畅 ,平面温度均匀 ,提高烟叶烘烤质量 ,节省燃料 ,与老烤房比上等烟提高 8.5~ 2 2 .5个百分点 ,节煤 4 0 %左右。并且该烤房对山区小烤房改造具有广泛的适用性和可操作性 ,深受广大烟农欢迎 ,1994~ 1998年累计推广该烤房 8.1万间 ,累计使用 17.33万间次 ,共增加收入 2 2 153万元 ,取得了显著的经济效益、社会效益和生态效益。 The improvement ways of 'fiye changes and one increment' is adopted for improving the old flue cured room in Zunyi city. They are that changing cold wind to hot wind for removing humidity, changing three fire passageways to five fire passageways, changing straw roof to soil roof, several skylights to 1~2 longer skylights, changing layer number and distance, and raising the chimney height. ZY 90 type of hot room is of raising temperature acutely, removing humidity smoothly, even plane temperature, higher baking quality of tobacco whivh raises 8.5%~22.5% compared with that of the old hot room at thre first class tobacco farmers because of its wildspread suitalibity and operability in the mountainous areas. 81 thousand new hot rooms were popularized and 22153 billion yuan was increased during 1994~1998. The significant benefits in economical, social and ecological aspects have been achieved.
