The Problems of Labor Services Output in Moyu County and Countermeasures Towards them

墨玉县是新疆第二人口大县,人均耕地不足0.8亩,认真研究该县农村劳动力的输出问题,以期为政府正确制定农村经济发展、社会稳定方面的战略决策提供重要依据。对墨玉县农村劳动力输出过程当中存在的问题进行研究,并在此基础上提出对策建议。

Moyu is a county with the second large population in Xinjiang and 0.8 acre of arable land per capita. Researching on the problem of labor services output in Moyu county, the author is aming to provide some important basis for the government to make strategic decisions on rural economic development and social stability. On the basis of the studies on the problem in the course of labor services output, the author put forward the counter- measures towards it.
