The Communist Party of China is the leader of Chinas social construction. This article discusses on how to play the Party＇s leadership from the perspective of social functions, from the general law of development of politi- cal parties, and from the special natures of the Communist Party of China, combining the spirits of the Eighteenth Central Committee.
