经济适用房作为我国保障房工程的重要组成部分,受到了广泛重视。本文研究经济适用房投资对GDP的拉动作用。实证显示:在短期,由于政府主导的经济适用房投资挤占了企业的投资,经济适用房对GDP没有表现出明显的拉动作用;在长期,经济适用房投资对GDP表现出一定的拉动作用。

Affordable housing as a key component of housing projects in China has received extensive attention. This paper examines the pulling role of housing investment in GDP. Empirical study shows ： in the short term, because affordable housing investment by company crowded out by the Government -led investment, affordable housing to GDP shows no obvious pull; in the longer term, housing investment in GDP to show some traction.
