省属高校分子生物学实验教学思考与改革

Thoughts and Reform of Molecular Biology Experimental Teaching in Provincial Universities

针对省属高校传统分子生物学实验教学中存在的资源配置不合理、实验体系不科学以及教学方式单一等问题作出了思考,并对这些问题从资源配置、教学内容和教学方式等方面入手,对分子生物学实验教学提出一系列相应的改革措施,并在实践中有效地调动了学生的积极性、逐步地提高了学生的综合素质和创新能力、取得良好的教学效果。

The paper presented some thoughts about problems of traditional molecular biology experimental teaching in provincial uni- versities, such as irrational allocation of resources, experimental system unscientific, single teaching method and so on, based on which a series of reformatory proposals were suggested and put into practice in resources allocation, teaching content and teaching methods. As a result, the enthusiasm of the students has been effectively enhanced, the students＇ integrative diathesis and innovation capability have been gradually strengthened, and the reform has achieved good teaching effectiveness.
