Improving the Construction of Laboratory in the Military Academy and Promoting the Development of the Holding a Post Education

军校任职教育是指为了使培养对象获得适应某一军事岗位需要的专业知识和技能而进行的培训模式,已经成为军校教育体系的重要组成部分。加强实验室建设,对于进一步推动任职教育发展和加快培养创新型高素质的军事职业人才,具有十分重要的意义。根据任职教育的自身特点,从更新教育观念、改善实验教学条件、改革实验教学内容和方法、加强实验师资队伍建设等方面探讨了实验室建设的方法和途径,从而进一步促进任职教育的发展。

Holding a post education in the military academy is a training mode whose purpose is to make the training applicants acquire professional knowledge and techniques which adapt to the need of troop and holding the post.Holding a post education has been the important part of education system in military academy.It is very important to further promote the development of holding a post education and to cultivate innovative military talents through laboratory construction.According to characteristics of holding a post education,laboratory construction methods were discussed from many aspects such as updating education concepts,improving the conditions of experimental teaching,reforming the contents and methods of experimental teaching,strengthening the construction of experimental faculty,and so on.These methods could be helpful to promote the development of holding a post education.
