摘要
应用感应加热理论和热传导理论,建立大型工件的感应加热显示有限差分模型,分析渗透层对热量分布的影响。使用C++程序进行工件温度分布计算,并基于MATLAB得到温度场的仿真结果图。结果表明,由于集肤效应对感应加热涡流的影响,工件表面温度上升速度快且最终趋于稳定;模型计算速度快、精度高,可为实际工程提供参考。
On the basis of theories of induction heating and heat conduction, the induction heating model of large scale workpieces is established by explicit finite difference. The model takes full account of the permeability formation's influence on the heat distribution. Use of C + + programs workpieces temperature distribution calculating and MATLAB is used to get the simulation figure of the temperature field, The results show that, due to the Skin effect" for induction heating swirl effect, workpiece surface faster rate of temperature rise and eventually stabilized; model calculation speed, high precision, can provide a useful reference for practical engineering.
