摘要
对三相/三相矩阵变换器进行变换,得到一种衍生的AC/DC变换器拓扑。采用电流型空间矢量调制策略,推导出在该调制策略下的输出电压的表达式。通过在拓扑中加入一个谐振电感和隔直电容,使得双向开关器件可以实现软开关换流,并详细分析了换流过程。将控制算法建立在以电源电压矢量定向的dq同步旋转坐标系中,改变调制矢量实现功率因数调节。仿真结果验证了理论和控制方案的正确性和可行性。
A new type three-phase AC/DC converter topology is achieved by transforming 3-phase to 3-phase matrix converter. The current-source space vector modulation strategy is adopted to analyze in detail. Expressions of output voltage under this modulation strategy are derived. By adding a resonant inductor and a blocking capacitor, it is possible to achieve soft commutation for most of the semiconductor elements, and the process of commutation is given in detail. Meanwhile, the control method is proposed to be built in dq synchronous rotating frame based on the grid voltage vector , which increases power factor of input by changing the modulation vector. Simulation results validate correctness and feasibility of the theory and control strategy proposed in this paper.
