摘要 采用甲醇为溶剂合成了ZIF-8(分子筛咪唑酯骨架化合物)纳米晶材料,将碘成功掺入其(ZIF-8(I2))孔笼中。并且通过X射线衍射对ZIF-8进行了晶体结构表征,通过扫描电子显微镜对ZIF-8与ZIF-8(I2)进行了晶体形貌的表征。以ZIF-8(I2)为基体材料,采用涂膜法将其涂覆在Ag-Pd叉指电极上,制作成湿敏元件。对元件的湿敏性能进行测试,并且分析了ZIF-8(I2)的感湿机理。结果表明,中高湿条件下,元件阻抗随湿度变化的曲线有良好的线性关系,响应时间仅为25s,湿滞约为7%。 ZIF-8 (zeolitic imidazolate frameworks) nanocrystals were synthesized using methanol as solvent, of which pores were successfully doped in with I2 (ZIF-8(I2)). The crystal structure of ZIF8 was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), and the morphology of ZIF8 and ZlF-8(I2) was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Then ZIF-8(I2) humidity sensor was fabricated by coating the nanocrystal materials on Ag-Pd interdigitated electrodes. The device shows a good impedance-RH (rela- tive humidity) relationship, and humidity sensing properties of the sensor based on ZIF-8(I2) were explored. Besides, complex impedance at different RHs was characterized to study sensing mechanism of ZIF-8 (I2). The results indicate that the materials show high sensitivity at high relative humidity (RH), response time is 25 s, and humidity hysteresis is about 7 ~.
