现今旅馆建筑设计形成了一种新的潮流。除了观念上和商业上的标准在适应顾客群的新要求刺激下,旅馆设计的总体质量在逐步提高,成为特殊的公共空间,是社会活动的聚会点,包含了节日宴会、会议、贸易洽谈、餐饮、购物和健身等各种服务和娱乐设施。本文作者以自身角度出发,根据自己在工作中实际工程案例,从旅馆的使用性质、使用特点、经济效益等方面提出了自己的看法和意见。

Nowadays hotel buildings have formed a new trend. In addition to ideas and business standards in adapting to the new requirements of customers, the general quality of hotel buildings is improving gradually. Hotel buildings are becoming special public space, and social activity venues with variety of services and recreational facilities of festival party, conference, business discussion, catering, shopping and fitness. The author puts forward his views and opinions in terms of hotel＇s usage properties, usage character- istics, and economic benefit according to his actual work experiences.
