河北省贫困农村致贫原因实证研究

Rural Poverty Causation:An Empirical Study of Hebei Province

解决贫困问题是党和国家长期努力的目标,尤其是在人口比例绝大多数的农村,提高农民收入,缩小两级收入差距,建设和谐小康社会是党和国家的工作重点。本课题组选择河北省国家级贫困县为例,进行实地问卷调查,通过SPSS软件对样本数据进行分析,得出结论:改善农村贫困状况首先要控制人口数量、提高人口质量;其次要积极创造多渠道收入来源。

It is a long-run target for the Party and the government to find solutions to poverty, especially in the rural areas where most of our population dwells. The key tasks involve improving peasants＇ income, narrowing the income gap, and constructing a harmoni- ous society. Taking poor counties of national level in Hebei province as samples, this study launches a field survey, analyzes data col- lected with SPSS, and arrives at the following conclusions： to alleviate rural poverty, control over population quantity and improve- ment of population quality are the most important tasks to do. And broadening of income sources is important, too.
