28例冠状动脉肌桥患者的冠脉造影特征分析

The Clinical Feature Analysis of Coronary Angiography of 28 Patients with Coronary Muscle Bridge

目的分析冠状动脉肌桥患者的冠脉造影特征及治疗方法。方法 分析我院行冠脉造影的256例患者的临床资料,对确诊为冠状动脉肌桥症的患者的冠脉造影特征进行分析。结果 256例患者中,经过冠脉造影检查确诊为冠状动脉肌桥症的患者28例,检出率为10.94%,且28例患者冠状动脉肌桥现象普遍发生在左冠状动脉前降支,其中前降支近段10例,占35.71%,前降支中段15例,占53.57%,前降支远段2例,占7.14%,仅有1例出现于回旋支,占3.57%。结论 冠脉肌桥是较常见的解剖异常,多发生在左前降支,收缩期狭窄程度多为轻中度。

Objective To analyze the clinical features and treatment of coronary angiography of patients with coronary muscle bridge. Methods By reviewing the clinical data of 256 cases of coronary angiograph patients in Xuancheng People＇s Hospital of Anhui Province, and analyzing the clinical features and treatment of the diagnosed patients with coro- nary muscle bridge disorder. Results Among the 256 cases, 28 patients were diagnosed with coronary muscle bridge dis- order through coronary angiography examination; the detection rate was 10. 94%. And of the 28 patients, coronary muscle bridge disorder usually occurred at the left anterior descending artery, 10 cases of the proximal - near segments of LAD, ac- counting for 35.71% , 10 cases of the proximal - middle segments of LAD, accounting for 53.71% , 2 cases of the proxi- mal - far segments of LAD, accounting for 7.14% , with only 1 case at circumflex artery, accounting for 3.57%. Conclu- sion coronary muscle bridge was a comparative common anatomical abnormality, which usually occurred at LAD, with moderate systolic stenosis degree.
