摘要
目的对临涣矿区小学夏季感染性腹泻进行调查,分析致病原因。方法 通过流行病学调查法,收集72例病例资料,并采集其中10例粪便及血液进行化验分析。结果 72例病例的主要症状为腹泻、腹痛、发热、恶心、呕吐、头痛,调查结果表明,该事件为饮用水质不合理引发的群体感染性腹泻事件。结论 给予感染性腹泻正确、充分的认识,做好日常生活中的预防措施,不忽视每一个生活中的细节,注意卫生安全。加强饮用水水质的检测,避免水源发生污染,保障人们的身体健康。
Objective To investigate the summer infectious diarrhea in Linhuan Mine Primary School and analyze the causes of the disease. Methods 72 cases were collected through the epidemiological investigation method. The feces and blood of 10 cases were collected for laboratory analysis. Results The main symptoms of 72 cases were diarrhea, abdominal pain, fever, nausea, vomiting and headache etc. The survey results showed that the bad quality of drinking water caused the irrational group of infectious diarrhea. Conclusion We should give a full understanding of infectious diarrhea, make the prevention measures in daily life, and pay attention to every detail of life, hygiene and safety. The detection of drinking water should be strengthened and the pollution of water source should be avoided in order to protect people＇s health.
