高钙危象为首发表现的弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤1例

1 临床资料
患者，男，52岁，以“头晕、乏力、行走不稳5天”于2011年12月3日入院。纳差，偶有恶心，无呕吐，无耳呜，无视物旋转。口干，饮水量较前增多（约3L／日），夜尿2～3次，夜间出汗多。追问病史疲乏无力有2m，体重减轻约2kg。有“肾结石”病史，2010年做过超声波碎石术。有“高血压病”病史2年，最高血压180／100mm-Hg，不规则服降压药，未监测血压。
