Research on Technical Evaluation on Quality and Safety of Road-Involving Construction Activity

随着经济建设的不断发展,铁路、市政道路及电力、输油煤气及输水管线等设施与公路交叉的情况日益频繁,针对《公路安全保护条例》提出的保障公路、公路附属设施质量和安全的技术评价报告的要求、格式、实施方法和程序进行研究,为公路管理机构在涉路施工活动管理方的决策提供参考依据,以便有针对性地、规范地制定涉路施工活动管理方法及控制措施等。

With the continuous development of economic construction, the interlacement situation of facilities like railway, municipal service road and pipelines for electric power, oil and gas and water transportation and so on as well as highway often occurs. The requirement, format, implementation method and procedure of technical evaluation report of guaranteeing the quality and safety of highway and subsidiary facilities of highway proposed by Rules for Highway Safety Protection are researched, thus providing reference basis for decision of highway management authority on road -involving construction activity management to establish the road -involving construction management method and control measures and so on specifically and normatively.
