Surveillance and management of imported malaria cases of Guangxi in 2009～2011

目的分析2009～2011年输入性疟疾监测结果,为科学防治提供依据。方法收集2009～2011年疟疾疫情资料和监测数据进行统计分析。结果 2009～2011年,广西检出疟疾患者分别为51例、66例和112例,发病率分别为0.10,0.13,0.21/10万,发病率比上一年分别上升11.11%、30.00%和61.54%。常住人口血检检出本地感染疟疾患者1例,占全区疟疾患者总人数0.44%(1/229);流动人口血检检出输入性疟疾患者228例,占全区疟疾患者总人数99.56%(228/229)。其中,国外输入疟疾患者人数占输入性疟疾患者总人数92.98%(212/228),国内输入疟疾患者人数占输入性疟疾患者总人数7.02%(16/228),输入性疟疾尚未在当地引起传播。结论输入性疟疾患者人数的增加是疟疾发病率上升的主要原因。落实疟疾病原学监测措施,开展健康教育,早期发现及根治传染源是控制输入性疟疾传播的重要措施。

Objective To analyse the results of imported malaria surveillance in Guangxi from 2009 to 2011 in order to provide a scientific basis for further prenvention and control.Methods The data on cases of malaria and surveillance imformations in Guangxi from 2009 to 2011 were collected and analysed.Results The detected numbers of cases of malaria in Guangxi from 2009 to 2011 was separately 0.10, 0.13, 0.21/100 000 ,increasing by were 51, 66 and 112 respcctively. Malaria morbidity rate 11.11%, 30.00% and 61.54% compared with last year.A local infectd case was detected in residents blood test, accounting for 0.44% （1/229）of all cases in Guangxi.Two hundred and twenty-eight imported cases were detected in the floating population blood test,accounting to 99.56% （228/229）of all cases in Guangxi. The imported cases from abroad accounted for 92.98 （212/228）of imported cases in Guangxi. The imported cases from other provinces accounted for 7.02% （16/228）of imported cases.Conclusion The imported case increasing was the main cause of malaria incident rate rising in the last three years. Strengthening aetiologic surveillance ,developing healthy education and treating the infected cases of malaria source in time were the important measures to prevent imported cases spreading.
