摘要
在高职院校迅速发展的今天,高职学生管理工作也面临着新的挑战,如何管好教好"90后"这一新的学生群体,是我们必须思考的问题。
In the rapid development of higher vocational colleges, Management of higher vocational college students also faces new challenges. How to manage the generation of post-90s is the question we must think about. In this paper, the author takes the form of questionnaires to investigate its status quo on student management, analyzes the existed problem and proposes innovative management under new situation.
