摘要
目前大多数企业意识到知识型员工对企业的重要性,为了提高知识型员工的绩效,多采用对知识型员工进行培训。但培训往往具有盲目性和跟随性,培训成果转化率低。要解决目前知识型员工培训面临的问题,就要以绩效技术系统方法为工具,并结合知识型员工特点,为知识型员工的培训提供系统而科学的方法。
At present, most enterprises are aware of the importance of knowledge workers, thus they provide training to the knowledge workers in order to improve their performance. But the trainings often blindly follow others, so the training results hardly can turn into productivity. This thesis based its analysis on current predicaments facing knowledge staff training as a start- ing point, uses the performance technology system as a tool, combining the characteristics of knowledge workers, and provides a systematic and scientific method for their training, at the same time, it also provides the reference for the theory of knowledge staff training.
