摘要 脑动静脉畸形是临床常见的血管性疾病,好发于中青年人,临床表现常以头痛、出血、癫痫为主。目前,临床用于诊断脑动静脉畸形的影像学方法有CTA、MRA/MRI以及DSA,各种方法均具有各自的特点。本文对16层螺旋CT血管成像对动脉静畸形的诊断进展作一综述。 Brain arteriovenous malformation is a clinical common vascular disease,good hair in young people.h often has headache, bleeding, epilepsy primarily in clinical. At present, there are CTA, MRA/ MRI and DSA with respective characteristics in the clinical, used for diagnosis of brain arteriovenous fistula imaging. In this paper, the 16 layer spiral CT imaging of arterial blood vessels of the static de- formitv diagnosis are summarized.
