摘要
检索、查阅近年来国内外有关耳鸣诊断、治疗方面的有关文献资料,神经内科耳鸣患者的病因较复杂,发病机制多处于学说阶段,治疗方法较多,疗效不一,综合治疗方法或可以显著改善耳鸣患者临床症状。
Literature were retrieved and accessed on tinnitus diagnosis and treatment at home and abroad in recent years. Tinnitus patients in department of neurology have more complex etiology. The pathogenesis is still in the doctrine with many treatments, results were mixed. Comprehensive treatment method can significantly improve the clinical symotoms of oatients with tinnitus.
