MRI对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的诊断价值及预后评估 被引量:2

摘要 回顾性分析我院收治的临床确诊HIE患儿的(1.5T)MRI表现,并对18例患儿作了随访及(1.5T)MRI复查。结果依据(1.5T)MRI表现,60例患儿重度8例,中度30例,轻度22例;患儿的临床分型与脑叶病变范围呈正相关关系(r=0.725,P=0.035);18例随访患儿中有5例经(1.5T)MRI检查出异常局灶性信号。(1.5T)MRI对新生儿HIE具有较高的敏感性和特异性,对HIE的诊断及预后评估具有重要意义。
