摘要
依据国内食品物流安全发展现状,分析了生鲜农产品物流安全控制的基本原理和内容,进而构建了区域生鲜农产品销售物流安全风险评价指标体系,借助解释结构模型(ISM)进行了物流系统安全风险进行了分析,以辅助进一步的生鲜农产品物流安全风险分析与评价.
According to current situation of food logistics safety in our country, the basic control princi- ple, step and content of the related risks in the logistics process of fresh agricultural products are ana- lyzed in detail in this paper. Furthermore, a relatively sound index system for the evaluation on the sale logistics of fresh agricultural products is established, the systematic risks are analysed in detail by ISM （Interpretative Structural Modeling）, which contribute a lot to the risk analysis and evaluation of logistics safety of fresh agricultural products in future research.
