冠状动脉心肌桥患者血浆致动脉硬化指数与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨冠状动脉心肌桥患者血浆致动脉硬化指数(AIP)与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法入选112例经冠状动脉造影显示存在心肌桥的患者为心肌桥组,根据其是否合并冠心病又将其分为单纯心肌桥组及心肌桥合并冠心病组,58例同期行冠状动脉造影显示无心肌桥及冠心病的患者为对照组。所有患者均行颈动脉超声检查,并抽取空腹静脉血,测量血脂并计算AIP值,比较各组间AIP、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)的差异及分析AIP与IMT的关系。结果冠状动脉心肌桥多发生在前降支,且心肌桥近侧易发生动脉粥样硬化;与对照组相比,心肌桥组AIP、IMT较高,差异有统计学意义;亚组分析,心肌桥合并冠心病组AIP、IMT较单纯心肌桥组明显升高,差异有统计学意义;相对于其他血脂指标,心肌桥组患者AIP与IMT有相关性。结论冠状动脉心肌桥患者易发生动脉粥样硬化,AIP与冠状动脉心肌桥患者颈动脉粥样硬化相关,对动脉粥样硬化程度有一定的预测价值。
