早孕期软指标阳性筛查胎儿复杂性先天性心脏病的价值 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对11~14周软指标阳性胎儿筛查复杂心脏结构畸形的价值。方法采用高分辨率探头扫查135例软指标阳性胎儿心脏,观察四腔心、左右室流出道及三血管切面,此期怀疑心脏结构异常者16~18周再行胎儿心脏超声检查,确诊后引产均行病理检查,余胎儿18~24周和新生儿期行超声心动图。结果孕11~14周胎儿四腔心显示率高达88.9%,疑诊5例复杂性先天性心脏病,其中4例四腔心结构异常和1例三尖瓣中度反流,其中三尖瓣中度反流18周复查超声心动图诊断为三尖瓣下移畸形。结论孕11~14周胎儿超声心动图能够筛查表现为四腔心结构异常复杂性先天性心脏病。
