256层冠状动脉CT在诊断H型高血压患者冠状动脉病变中的应用被引量：4

摘要目的探讨256层冠状动脉CT(CTA)在H型高血压患者冠状动脉病变中的应用。方法收集符合入选标准的原发性高血压患者100例,按照同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平分为两组:Hcy>10μmol/L为H型高血压组(H型组,n=58),Hcy水平<10μmol/L为单纯高血压组(单纯组,n=42);所有患者均行256层冠状动脉CTA检查。结果 H型组中37例(63.8%)患者CTA示合并冠心病,单纯组中11例(26.2%)患者CTA示合并冠心病,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 H型高血压患者合并冠状动脉病变比例明显增高,256层冠状动脉CT可作为无创冠状动脉血管检查的重要手段。
