儿童体质分型标准的德尔菲法研究

Delphi Method Research about Standard Type of Children′s Physical Constitutions

目的:探讨德尔菲法是否适用于儿童体质分型标准的研究;研究德尔菲法在儿童体质分型标准修订中的作用。方法:在文献研究及前期临床研究基础上编撰二轮临床专家调查问卷,发送给国内50名中医儿科专家,回收答卷,并采用德尔菲法进行统计分析。结果:(1)完成了两轮儿童体质问卷专家调查,针对40例问卷进行了统计分析,并对儿童体质标准进行了修订。(2)根据统计分析确定的修订结果,将儿童体质分为均衡质、不均衡质两类,不均衡质包括阴虚质、阳虚质、气虚质、痰湿质四型。(3)得出两类五种体质类型各自判定指标,其中均衡质、阴虚质症状指标15项,气虚质、阳虚质症状指标17项、痰湿质症状指标18项。结论:(1)德尔菲法应用于儿童体质分型标准研究是可行的。(2)应用德尔菲法修订儿童体质分型标准丰富了德尔菲法运用范围的同时,也为中医药临床研究提供了方法学的指导。

Objective： （1）To discuss whether the Delphi method is suitable for children＇s physical classification standard re- search. （2）To study the role of the Delphi method in children＇s physical classification standard revision. Methods：In the literature research and clinical study compiled the second round of the expert questionnaire and sent to the domestic 50 Chinese medicine paediatric specialists. Recycling papers and the Delphi method was used for statistical analysis. Results ： （ 1 ） We have completed two rounds of children＇s physical questionnaire surveys. 40 cases were analyzed and furthermore the children＇s physical standard was revised. （ 2 ） Children will be divided into two constitutions ： balanced constitution and not balanced constitution. Not balanced constituation includes four types ： Yin deficiency, Yang deficiency, Qi deficiency and phlegm - damp constituation. Their judgement indexes of five kinds constitutions were determined ： 15 for balanced constitution and Yin deficiency, 17 for Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency, 18 for phlegm-damp eonstituation. Conclusion： （ 1 ）It is feasible for The Delphi method used in the children＇s physical classification standard research. （2）Application of the Delphi method revision children＇s physical points type standard enriched the Delphi method use range, and provided the methodological guidance for Chinese medicine clinical study.
