Clinical Experience of Professor FANG Dingya on Treating Sjogren′s Syndrome and Complications

This article describes the clinical experience of professor FANG Dingya on treating Sjogren＇s syndrome （SS）and complications. In his opinion, SS is due to endogenous toxins into dry evil causing injury of the collaterals ; adult mumps complica- tion is due to the aggregation of toxic heat, while producing bleeding resistance;agranulocytosis or anemia complication is due to deficiency of righteousness, and lack of sperm and blood ;purpura complication, deficiency syndrome or empirical syndrome, should be treated with filling method or reducing method. He stressed that the treatment of SS should focus on the dry evil. He is good at treating SS with combination of disease and syndrome differentiation, while choosing drugs on the basis of modem pharmacology.
