当归饮子加减方对气血两虚模型慢性荨麻疹小鼠全身皮肤瘙痒影响的实验研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的:研究当归饮子加减方对气血两虚型小鼠皮肤瘙痒的影响。方法:KM小鼠,雌雄各半,采用利血平+乙酰苯肼制作动物气血两虚模型,联合I型变态反应模拟荨麻疹模型,选择模型制作成功的动物,随机分为模型组、氯雷他定组、当归饮子加减方高剂量组、中剂量组和低剂量组,每组8只动物,另取8只作为空白对照组。利用低分子右旋糖酐诱发小鼠皮肤瘙痒,观察小鼠搔抓次数,搔抓时间,实验结束时,各组动物眼眶取血,分离血清,ELISA法测试血清组胺含量。结果:当归饮子加减方各剂量组可显著延长小鼠搔抓潜伏期(P<0.01);减少小鼠搔抓次数(P<0.01);缩短搔抓持续时间(P<0.01),显著降低血清组胺水平。结论:当归饮子加减方可显著抑制低分子右旋糖酐致小鼠皮肤瘙痒反应。 Objective :To research the effect of Angelica Decoction on skin itching of mice with Qi and blood deficiency. Meth- ods:KM mice, male and female, reserpine and acetyl phenylhydrazine were used to establish animal blood deficiency model, the joint simulation of the type I allergic urticaria model. The suecesstul model mice were randomly divided into model group, chlorine loratadine group, Angelic^t Decoction high dose, middle dose and low dose groups, n = 8, another eight were as the blank control group. Dextran was used to induce skin itching, observing the number of mice scratching, scratch time. At the end of the experi- ment, the animals in each group were taken the orbital blood serum, tested by the ELISA method for serum histamine content. Re- sults : For each dose group : Angelica Decoction can significantly prolong the incubation period of mice scratching ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; re- duce the mice scratching times ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; shorten the scratch duration ( P 〈 0. 01 ), significantly reduce serum histamine levels. Conclusion:Angelica Decoction can significantly inhibit dextran - induced mouse skin itching reaction.
