花生枝叶治疗HHcy致家兔动脉粥样硬化的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨花生枝叶对动脉粥样硬化(AS)家兔的干预效果。方法:28只新西兰白兔随机分成两组,其中23只通过注射DL-蛋氨酸造模,5只作正常对照组。4周后剔除造模不成功者后,将造模成功家兔随机分成3组:模型组、辛伐他汀组、花生枝叶组。第5周时,花生枝叶组给予花生枝叶水煎剂灌胃(3.96 g/kg),辛伐他汀组给予辛伐他汀灌胃(5 mg/kg),正常对照组和模型组给予蒸馏水灌胃3 mL,均每日两次。分别在第0、4、8、12周末时检测血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平和B超检测血管内中膜厚度阻力指数等,12周末处死家兔,HE法检测病理学改变。结果:与正常对照组比较,模型组各时间点Hcy明显升高(P<0.05),内中膜厚度明显增厚(P<0.05),HE染色显示内膜明显增厚,花生枝叶组和辛伐他汀组在各时间点能够不同程度地降低Hcy,减小内中膜厚度(P<0.05),HE染色显示内膜增厚不明显。结论:花生枝叶能降低Hcy,抑制斑块的增长,具有治疗AS的作用。 Objective :To observe the effect of Huashengzhiye on atherosclerosis. Methods:Twenty-eight female New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into two groups, one group (5 rabbits)was for controlling, the other one (23 rabbits) was for modeling. 4 weeks later, the succeeded model were divided into 3 groups : the model group, the Simvastatin group and the Huash- engzhiye group. From the begining of 5th week ,rabbits were given Simvastatin pills to the simvastatin group (5 mg/kg) and Hua- shengzhiye to the Huashengzhiye group (3.96 g/kg) respectively twice a day and lasted eight weeks. 3 mL distilled water was giv- en to the control group and model group. The Hey in the serum and Intima-media thickness were detected respectively at the end of 0w.4w.8w.12w. At the end of 12w.vaseular pathological changes were observed by the methods of HE stain. Results :Comparedwith the control group, the level of Hcy in serum of the model group was significantly improved, the intima-media thickness was in- creased. Compared with the model group, the levels of Hcy in serum of the Simvastatin group and the Huashengzhiye group were significantly lower,the intima-media thickness was lessen,and the HE stain showed that the intima was less incrassated. Conclu- sion : Huashengzhiye could decrease the level of Hcy,inhibit the thickening of plaque, and it has the effect of anti-atherosclerosis.
