水库库底清理工作是水库建设中的一个重要组成部分。库底清理不理想会影响水库水质、威胁饮水安全,会引发流行性疾病的传播,会形成各种漂浮物和障碍,从而影响水库综合利用和安全运行。应根据不同类型和功能水库的具体情况,提出相应的库底清理规划设计(包括清理实物量的调查和技术要求),并开展库底清理的投资测算工作。

Reservoir basin cleaning is one of the important parts in reservoir construction, for an incomplete cleaning will cause deterioration of water quality, threats to drinking water safety, spread of diseases, and even the appearance of different types of floating debris and obstacles. Then it will threaten the use and safety of reservoir. Therefore, based on the situation of reservoirs in different types and function, a corresponding reservoir basin cleaning plan and design is suggested, which includes the investigation of cleaning volume of the object and technological requirement. Meanwhile, investment estimate of reservoir basin cleaning must be worked out.
