我国城市快速路基本路段HOV车道设置方案研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了研究高占有率(HOV)车道在我国城市道路中的设置方案,本文以城市快速路基本路段为研究对象,并选择了南京市的两条典型路段进行道路条件与交通条件的调查与分析。选取路段平均速度、延误时间以及运送能力为指标,分别设计了7种车道数分配方案,并运用VISSIM仿真软件进行现状和仿真对比分析,研究设置HOV车道的方法。结果表明,在双向六车道的城市快速路基本路段中单独设置一条3+型HOV专用道或者一条3+型HOV专用道和一条公交专用道的组合时,能够最大化提高整个路段的运营效率;双向八车道条件下,当公交和货车比例都相对较低,而小汽车和中客车所占比例相对较高时,设置HOV车道时的利用率可能相对较低,而建立公交专用道则比较合理。 To find how to design the high occupance vechicle lanes (HOV) in the city of China,the traff'ic and road conditions of the two typical road basic sections of a urban arterial of Nanjing were surveyed. Seven combinations of different function lanes have been designed based on the indexes of section average velocity, time delay and transport capacity VISSIM software was used to simulate the seven projects. The result proved that it would be more efficiency when one 3'HOV lane or one 3HOV lane combined with one bus-only lane is designed under the condition of bidirectional six traffic lanes in the basic section of urban arterial road. It would be more efficiency to set the bus-only lane than the HOV lane when the rate of the bus and van is lower compare with the ear and earpool.
