中德合作办学模式下汽车专业高职人才培养方案的构建

Construction of Talents Training Program of Automobile Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Mode of Sino-German Cooperation in Running Schools

高职院校汽车专业人才培养方案的建设是一个系统工程,而中外合作办学是高等职业教育走国际化道路的一个重要途径。通过中德合作的办学模式,引进德国"双元制"课程教育体系,以及优质的教学资源、先进的教育理念、新颖的教学方法等,根据国内汽车行业的特点对高职汽车专业人才培养方案进行构建。

Construction of talents training program in Automobile Specialty in higher vocational colleges is a system project. Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is an important way of internationalization of higlwr education. According to the characteristics of domestic car industry, this paper describes the construction of talents training program through the Sino-German cooperation mode, and the introduction of the German ＂dual system＂ educational system, superior teaching resources, advanced education ideas and innovative teaching methods.
