摘要
高职院校学生在学习、生活以及自我管理教育上表现参差不齐,而辅导员作为思想政治教育和日常管理工作的组织者、指导者和实施者,应根据高等职业院校学生的特点,探索辅导员工作的新方法,做好高职院校学生的管理工作。
Students ha higher vocational colleges have different performances in studying, living, conducting and self-management. As the organizers, instructors and implementers in students＇ ideological and political education and daily management, inductors should ex- plore new working methods based on the characteristics of the students to improve the student management work in higher vocational colleges.
