高职院校学生公寓文化建设探析

Exploration on Culture Construction of Students' Apartments in Higher Vocational Colleges

公寓文化作为大学生的一种共存文化现象,影响着大学生的人生价值趋向、生活态度、道德修养以及综合能力等。要研究分析高职院校公寓文化的现状特点及其重要性,从社会层面、网络化建设、管理与服务水平、公寓文化主题教育活动等方面,推进高职院校公寓文化建设进一步发展;同时高职院校学生管理工作重心应移至公寓,以公寓文化建设作为德育教育平台,并成为学校德育工作的着重点和创新点。

Apartment culture, which is a kind of coexisted cultural phenomenon, affects college students＇ life value, life attitude, moral cultivation and comprehensive ability. It is important to research and analyze the present situation of characteristics of apartment culture in higher vocational colleges and its importance. Beside, it is also necessary to improve the construction of apartment cuurure in higher vocational colleges from social aspect, network construction, management and service level, theme education activities of apartment culture etc. Meanwhile, the focus of student management work should be moved to apartments. Colleges should take culture construction of students＇ apartments as a platform, making it become the emphasis and innovation of school moral education work.
