摘要
全膜法系统在水处理设计领域的应用越来越广泛。文章就某工程除盐水站全膜法系统进行简要介绍,并提出系统设计中应注意的事项。目前除盐水站已投入运行,一级脱盐水和深度脱盐水的指标均完全满足工程的需要,且系统运行稳定,自动化程度高,对环境影响小,运行方便、灵活,运行人员的劳动强度低。除盐水站的运行情况表明,针对不同的外部条件进行正确分析,合理设计,全膜系统完全能够满足水处理工程的要求。
The whole membrane technology becomes more and more widely in the field of water treatment design. The paper makes a brief introduction to the whole membrane technology in the design of a desalination station and the de- sign considerations. The demineralization station has been put into operation already, whose desalted indicators of the first-level and advanced desalted water fully meet the project requirement. Its system runs stably and produces low environment impact, beside, the system has high automation level and it is convenient and flexible in operation, which reduces the work intensity of operator. It is indicated that the whole membrane technology can fully meet the project' s water treatment requirements based on correct analysis of different external situations.
