摘要
文章介绍了在广西钟山至马江高速公路建设中,为探索质硬、耐磨的酸性集料作沥青路面表面层或水泥混凝土+沥青混凝土复合式路面表面层的各项技术性能,利用沿线的富罗汤水山砂岩作沥青混凝土表面层,铺筑了43.52km路面。通过对采用材料进行技术性能试验,结果表明材料各项性能符合规范要求。经过3年多潮湿和高温的行车考验,未发现表面层脱落和出现坑槽等病害,雨过天晴,表面透水迹象也极少,说明集料与沥青粘附性效果是好的。并能较好地降低工程成本,获得好的技术经济效益。
Based on the practice of Guangxi Zhongshan- Majiang expressway, the paper makes an introduction to ex- ploration of using hard and wear-resistant acid aggregates as surface layers of asphalt pavement or composite pave- ment of cement concrete and asphalt concrete. And a 43.25km expressway is constructed by using of sandstone from Fuluotangshui Mountain as surface layer of asphalt pavement. The performances of adopted materials are proved qualified through technical performance tests. Through more than 3 years driving tests under humid and high temper- ature environment, it is indicated that aggregates and asphalt has good adhesion effects because there are no shed- ding, pits and other problems on the surface layer, besides, fewer permeable signs are found on the surface layer after the storm. In addition, the application of sandstone aggregates can reduce project cost and produce good economic benefits.
