摘要
东芝水电设备(杭州)有限公司于2009年3月和2010年3月分别完成了富春江水电厂4号、5号水轮机转轮的检修改造,机组投入使用后至今运行情况良好,达到了设计预期目标。文章以此为例,对大型轴流式水轮机转轮改造设计、制造、安装和试验方法做了较详细的介绍,供类似水轮机转轮检修改造时参考。
The runners of No.4 and No. 5 units in Zhejiang Fuchunjiang hydropower station were maintained and im- proved in March 2009 and March 2010 respectively by Toshiba Hydropower Equipment （Hangzhou） Co., Ltd. The improved runners run very well since been put into operation. The paper takes it as an example, and makes a detailed introduction to the design, manufacture, installation and test of the improved runner in large Kaplan turbine, which can be well referenced by similar projects.
