三明地区民俗体育发展现状研究

Research on the Development Status of Sanming Region Folk Custom Sports

中国传统文化历史悠久,源远流长,民俗体育是其重要的组成部分。民俗体育在丰富多彩的传统节日里、在纷繁复杂的日常生活中随处都体现,蕴育着独特的文化内涵与特有的体育魅力,同时作为传承与发展民俗体育的途径和方法,具有重要的文化价值。运用了文献资料法、访谈法和田野调查法,对三明地区民俗体育进行调查、分析,针对存在不足提出相应的建议,为三明地区的民俗体育项目的发展提供现实的理论依据。

Chinese traditional culture is of a long standing and has a long history. Folk sports is an important part of it. Folk sports is embodied in the rich and colorful festivals as well as the complicated daily life, which shows the unique cultural connotation and the unique charm of sports. As the method of the inheritance and development of tblk sports culture, it has the important cultural value. By using the method of literature, interview and field investigation, folk sports in Sanming area is investigated and analyzed in this paper. Aiming at the shortcomings, the corresponding suggestions are proposed, which provide a practical theory evidence for the development of folk sports items in Sanming region.
