基于B/S架构的应用型本科高校图书馆新书征订系统构建——以三明学院图书馆为例

在分析开发高校图书馆新书征订系统必要性的基础上,提出适合应用型本科高校图书馆的新书征订系统。该系统以ASP+SQLServer2005为系统开发工具,利用B/S结构办公自动化系统构建而成,实现图书信息导入、图书征订管理、人员管理的输入、编辑、分类、删除、查询统计、征订书目导出等功能,以满足新书征订工作中购书目的的个性化需求,使应用型本科高校图书馆的新书征订模式由单一型的图书采访人员征订模式转为由学科文献采访员参与征订的模式,推动传统图书馆向数字化图书馆的转变。

Analyzed the necessity of developing the university library new book subscriptions system ,then Proposed a new book subscriptions system. Used the ASP ＋ SQLServer2005 as system developing tools, and used the office automation system of B / S structure to develop the new book subscriptions system. Achieve the functions of book information importing, subscriptions management, personnel management of inputting, editing, classify, delete, query statistics and exporting booking bibliography. Meet individual needs of the purpose of buying books in New Book Booking. Changed the single way of book subscriptions to the subject librarians involved in the University Library＇s n New Book Booking System and changed the traditional library to digital library.
