小型元胡收获机研究设计与田间试验

Design and Experiment of a Yuanhu Harvester

浙江省的磐安、东阳元胡种植面积广,畜力收获时效率低,目前市场上还没有一款元胡收获机。为此,设计开发了一种小型元胡收获机。该机可实现元胡挖掘、果土分离和果粒集中铺放。设计了该机的关键零部件挖掘铲、链式栅条网筛分离结构及抖动轮和果粒初步收拢装置。并设计了田间试验,试验结果表明该机能满足元胡收获的作业要求,作业效果良好。

There are much yuanhu planting area in Panan,Dongyang county,Zhejiang.However,the problems which yuanhu is failed or inefficient to gather in by livestock plough,and there is not a yuanhu harvester now.So the yuanhu harvester is designed.The machine can excavate yuanhu from soil,and separate yuanhu from soil,and centralize yuanhu to drop.The partial crux parts of the machine are designed.Application of elevator chain separation structure,and structural optimization and design of mining,can be effective realization of yuanhu soil separation.The field tests showed that the machine this harvester can work very well in varies kinds of soil,the result is good.
