Research progress of pH-sensitive materials for oral delivery systems

介绍了pH敏感性材料在口服药物制剂中的应用情况和研究进展.查阅国内外近年来相关的文献资料,回顾了pH敏感材料的发展历程,并从敏感性水凝胶、丙烯酸树脂、新型合成材料三方面入手,进行归纳,综述了pH敏感材料在口服药物制剂中的应用进展,并对其后续发展做出展望.pH敏感性材料在口服结肠靶向给药系统中有良好的应用,适合作为口服给药的载体材料.pH敏感性材料能有效提高口服药物的生物利用度,口服对人体无毒副作用.目前还有拥有较大的改良空间,值得进一步深入研究.

In this paper, the development and application of pH - sensitive materials for oral drug delivery and related literature about the history of development of pH - sensitive materi- als was reviewed. This paper also analyzed and summarized the progress of pH - sensitive materials from environment-sensitive hydrogels, acrylic resin and new-style synthetic materi- al. At the same time, made prospect of its further development. The results showed that pH -sensitive materials performed well as oral delivery system and it could be extensively used in colon targeting system, pH -sensitive materials could effectively improve bioavailability of oral drug and had little toxicity effect. It could concluded from these studies that pH - sensi- tive materials had tremendous developing potentiality which was deserved for continued re- search and further exploration.
